At Danish Blue Adult Centres, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
